Annual Meeting & Dinner

The last event of 2019 will be our Annual Membership Meeting to be held this year in the Monterey/Carmel area.  Now’s the time to book your hotel.  Sign-ups for the weekend will come later!

The weekend, being planned by Committee Co-Chairs Iren Jenny and Barbara Foster with help from Carmel local Dave Lyon, Sally & Bob Mullarkey, Annie Hill and President Bobby Gaestel & Teri Parker will start on Friday around 3 pm on November 8th at The Horizon Inn and Ocean View Lodge in Carmel. We will have a bungalow, specially reserved for our hospitality room, where cocktails, munchies and camaraderie awaits you.

Friday evening we’re going to an old favorite, Baja Cantina. We cannot tell you how many of you have mentioned how much fun we had there a few years ago; salsa, chips, tacos,  margaritas, piñatas, games, you name it, we’ll have it! Afterward, the hospitality room back at the hotel will be available to those of you who are not ready for bed.

Saturday, during the day, will be chock full of great drives, views, a visit to a vintage motorcycle showroom, food and whatever else the area has to offer.

Saturday evening we will all gather at the Monterey Elks Club with views of the Bay, great food and drinks, and our Annual Meeting, dinner and passing of the baton.

Sunday has not been planned yet, but we have plenty of options.
