Come and explore the many Delta Waterways, winding along fields of crops or sheep on October 4th – 6th. Relax in the “delta laid back” style and reminisce with old friends. If this is your first time, then come and introduce yourself. Meet friends that you’ll have for the rest of your lifetime and bring your families. The San Joaquin Delta has literally thousands of miles of waterways to explore and the opportunity to experience this magical area is right around the corner!
The weekend at B&W Resort starts with a traditional potluck on Friday night. Bring a dish to share, your own meat/entree to BBQ, and of course your personal libation. BBQ pits, charcoal, plates, cups and plastic utensils along with sodas and water will be provided. Saturday morning, a complimentary breakfast will be served on the levee at 7:30 am. At 9:00 am there’s a skippers meeting on the levee and at 9:30, Tim & Karen Stapleton will lead the parade of boats out of the Marina and into the channel for the Poker Run Cruise to Grindstone Joe’s private island. Bring your picnic lunch and lawn chairs for a relaxing afternoon. Return to B&W for Saturday evening’s catered BBQ feast. Don’t forget your favorite libations. Then on Sunday morning, we will be cruising to Moore’s Riverboat Restaurant located on the Mokelumne River for breakfast followed by another river cruise, this time led by Gene Dangel.
Don’t miss this annual ACBS favorite! Sign up online or mail in your signup sheet found in the Spring Western Wood.
