Due to Corona Virus restrictions, your Board of Directors met on Saturday, May 9, 2020 via Zoom conferencing. All of our Directors attended either by computer or cell phone. It was great to “see” everyone.
President Don Leutz has instituted a new policy whereby each Executive Board member and all Committee Chairs send in an outline of their Board Meeting report prior to the meeting for everyone to review. You may have noticed a new “BOARD MEMBERS ONLY” password protected tab on our website where they can access each others reports. It shortened our meeting to 2-1/2 hours!
While this meeting was successful, we all agree that an in person meeting is always better. We are hopeful that our next meeting set for August will take place in person. If not, we always have Zoom to get your club business done!
